| Our Company History |

IQS Solutions was founded in 1994, working mostly in the SA Naval environment.
|
|
Initially, our contacts were directly from the SAN or ARMSCOR. In the early 2000's, our client base was extended to include other defense related work, such as for the SA Army, SA Air Force, Denel and suppliers to the SANDF.
During this period, IQS also expanded into the Telecoms and Networking sectors.
IQS became involved with a number of Radar-related projects, in partnership with the University of Cape Town (UCT) and the UK based company, SimCon.
During 2005, our client base was futher extended to include Maritime companies, such as De Beers Marine.
In 2006, we became involved in scientific projects for the DST / NRF.

During 2008, our history of networking with other international companies such as SIMCON.co.uk, RamLog.net and Eduflex.com led to the concept of IQS-Solutions.net, a distributed network of people working together on specific projects, each company contributing their specialist skills.

The IQS Solutions has opened a branch office in Carnarvon, close to the site of the new Radio Telescope Array MeerKAT.
