Our methods... |

We focus on content development and support to the teachers / trainers
rather than actual course delivery. We deliver personnel with the skills needed to get their job done. We have certainly had to be innovative. Our most enjoyable training projects were
to develop a cartoon-style Physics course for artisans and to train harbourmasters
on docking procedures – both surprisingly difficult. |

We use commonly available tools (Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, wiki’s
and LaTeX) and have worked with edulex.com and R&M Technologies using
their VirtualBook® and RAMLOG.net to facilitate electronic and online
delivery of training material and assessments during and after training. |
