IQS Solutions began... IQS Solutions was
founded in 1994, operating mostly in the South African Navy environment. Early history... Initially, our
contacts were from the South African Navy and ARMSCOR. In the early 2000's, our client base
extended to include work for the SA Army, SA Air Force, DENEL and suppliers
to the SANDF. During this period,
IQS also entered the Telecoms and Networking sectors. IQS became involved
in a number of Radar-related projects, in partnership with the University of
Cape Town (UCT) and the UK based company SimCon. During 2005, our
client base in the maritime industry was extended to include De Beers Marine
and in 2006 we became involved in scientific projects for the Department of
Science and Technology/National Research Foundation. IQS legalities… We are an
accredited supplier to ARMSCOR and fully BEE-compliant. Our trademark and logo were registered in
2008. IQS-Solutions.net... During 2008, our history of networking with
other companies such as SimCon.uk.com, RAMLOG.net and eduflex.com led to the
concept of IQS-Solutions.net; a distributed network of people working
together on projects, each company contributing its innovation, skill and
experience. |
